What we do
Scope Precision Estimate measures every trade on a drawing set, from sitework and concrete through finishes and MEP, and prices it with zip-code-adjusted material and labor pricing. Estimates are delivered in excel and pdf, organized by csi masterformat division, with marked-up plan sets, so every quantity can be traced back to a sheet.
We work in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, RSMeans data, and deliver most projects in 24–48 hours for most projects. The price and delivery date are confirmed before any work starts.
